Import 05/08/2014Bakalářská práce popisuje teorii obsluhových systémů a zaměřuje se na jejich modelování v programu GNU Octave s balíčkem Queueing Package. V českém jazyce zatím není k dispozici žádný manuál pro tento balíček, a tak je práce určena pro základní práci s balíčkem s popsáním jednotlivých podporovaných funkcí. Práce by měla sloužit jako návod pro začátečníky a ukázat jim, jak postupovat při volání funkcí v Queueing Package. Do práce je zahrnuto i několik příkladů k daným obsluhovým systémům a Markovovým řetězcům. Pro vyzkoušení základních typů obsluhových systémů je v prácí vytvořeno zadání laboratorního cvičení i s odpovídajícím řešením.Bachelor thesis describes the theories of queueing systems, focusing on their modeling in the GNU Octave program with the Queueing Package. In the Czech language, yet there is no instruction manual for this package, so the work is designed for the elementary work with the package including a description of particular supported functions. The work should be used as a guide for beginners and show them how to proceed when calling functions in Queueing Package. The thesis also includes some examples of given queueing systems and Markov chains. VLC: Implementation of OFDM Modulation Format

Import 03/11/2016Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace ve viditelném světle VLC (Visible Light Communication), konkrétně modulační technikou ortogonálního frekvenčně děleného multiplexu OFDM, která je trendem v dnešních informačních systémech, jako je DVB-T nebo Wi-Fi. V prvních kapitolách práce je popsán koncept komunikace ve viditelném světle. V následujících kapitolách je popsána základní teorie k modulačním formátům, které využívá modulační technika OFDM a v závěrečné kapitole teorie je popsán ortogonální frekvenčně dělený multiplex (OFDM). V praktické části je rozebrán postup návrhu modulátoru a demodulátoru OFDM včetně komunikačního kanálu. Pro ověření funkčnosti navrženého OFDM systému bylo provedeno simulační měření, byly proměřeny základní parametry jako je BER, EVM nebo PAPR. Implementovaný OFDM systém pak byl realizován pro přenos dat pomocí signálového generátoru, bodového LED světla a signálového analyzátoru. V této části byla určena vzdálenost, kterou je možné dosáhnout pomocí našeho konceptu.Diploma thesis deals with the problematic with Visible Light Communication VLC, specifically modulation technique OFDM, which is trend in today information systems like as DVB-T or Wi-Fi. In the first chapters of thesis is described concept of visible light communication. In following chapters is described basic theory to modulation formats, which are used for OFDM modulation technique and in last chapter of theory is described orthogonal frequency division multiplexing. In the practical part of diploma thesis is analyze design of modulator and demodulator OFDM including communication channel. To verify the functionality of the proposed OFDM system simulation measurements was performed and basic parameters such as BER, EVM or PAPR were measured. Implemented OFDM system was then realized to transfer data using the signal generator, LED spot light and signal analyzer. Cyber-Physical Systems (CPSs) are dynamic and reactive systems interacting with processes, environment and, sometimes, humans. They are often distributed with sensors and actuators, characterized for being smart, adaptive, predictive and react in real-time. Indeed, image- and video-processing pipelines are a prime source for environmental information for systems allowing them to take better decisions according to what they see. Therefore, in FitOptiVis, we are developing novel methods and tools to integrate complex image- and video-processing pipelines. FitOptiVis aims to deliver a reference architecture for describing and optimizing quality and resource management for imaging and video pipelines in CPSs both at design- and run-time. The architecture is concretized in low-power, high-performance, smart components, and in methods and tools for combined design-time and run-time multi-objective optimization and adaptation within system and environment constraints.Peer reviewe

Second home in Třeboň area as the first stage for amenity migration

The diploma thesis deals with two contemporary phenomena, second home and amenity migration. These phenomena often overlap in the conditions of the Czech Republic, so it is difficult to find a clear border between them. Second home can be understood as a complex of phenomena and processes related to a real estate, which serves as a temporary residency for its owner or user, who uses this real estate especially for recreation purposes. Amenity migration can be defined as a migration of inhabitants with the aim to achieve a better quality of life, better health, relaxation or potentially entertainment as well. It concerns migration of people for non-economic reasons and the direction of amenity migration is predominantly from cities to the countryside. Unlike second home, it is not any form of a temporary residency, but a permanent accommodation. The main goal of the diploma thesis was to explore the phenomenon of second home in the region of Třeboňsko and to evaluate its potential for amenity migration. The goal of the work was realised on the basis of an analysis of the data of the Czech Statistical Office and the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre, by means of both field research and a questionnaire survey with the subsequent evaluation

Use of the Internet for marketing communication of brands of selected companies

Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím internetu pro marketingovou komunikaci značek zvolených firem. Pro tuto práci byly vybrány značky jízdních kol prodávaných v České republice tuzemskými i zahraničními výrobci. Celá tato práce je rozdělena do dvou tematických celků. V první části práce, na základě studia dostupných informačních zdrojů, autor zpracovává teoretická východiska týkající se problematiky značky a sociálních médií. V praktické části autor komparativní metodou porovnává marketingovou komunikaci vybraných značek na internetu od výrobců z České republiky, Polska, Německa a USA. Porovnává se zde komunikace na webových stránkách, sdílených multimédiích a sociálních sítích Facebook a Instagram. Závěr práce je zaměřen na doporučení návrhu dalšího vývoje marketingové strategie vybrané značky na internetu.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with the use of Internet for marketing communication of brands of selected companies. Bicycle brands sold in the Czech Republic by domestic and foreign manufacturers were selected as a subject of this thesis. The whole thesis is divided into two thematic units. In the first part of the thesis, the author elaborates the theoretical basis of brand and social media based on the study of available information sources. In the practical part, the author compares the marketing communication of selected brands on the Internet from the Czech, Polish, German and US manufacturers by a comparative analysis. With the use of comparative analysis, the author compares communication on web pages, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. The conclusion of the thesis is focused on the recommendation of the further development of the marketing strategy on the Internet for the selected brand

The forms of amenity migration in the Třeboňsko region

The bachelor thesis deals with amenity migration within the region of Třeboň. Amenity migration is a specific kind of migration where the direction of movement from a city to provincial areas prevails. The forms of amenity migration were mainly defined according to individual's motivation as migration for better environment or cultural specifics of given territory. The aim of the thesis is to analyse amenity migration within the region of Třeboň, to describe reasons for such migration and to find out whether expectations based on the change of the environment were met. Cílem této bakalářské práce je prozkoumat různé typy technologií strojového překladu a historii strojových překladů od 90. let 20. století. Práce se zaměřuje na hlubší analýzu statistického strojového překladu (SMT), stručnou specifikaci neuronového strojového překladu (NMT) a také na dva typy NMT – rekurentní neuronové sítě (RNN) a konvoluční neuronové sítě (CNN). Další část této práce se zabývá třemi aplikacemi, které využívají neuronový strojový překlad – Google Translate, DeepL a SYSTRAN. Tato výzkumná práce se také zabývá hodnocením strojového překladu (BLEU, WER, METEOR, TER, ROGUE).This bachelor thesis is aimed to examine different types of Machine Translation technology and the history of Machine Translations from the 1990s onwards. Využití střevličky východní (Pseudorasbora parva) jako potravní ryby a možnosti jejího řízeného chovu

Stone moroco (Pseudorasbora parva) is an unoriginal fish species in our territory which could be considered as invasion. Despite the fact it leads to its use as well. The bachelor thesis summarizes data on its biology, expansion, occurence and a possibility of its elimination. The next part describes and evaluates its reproductive potential. Furthermore, there was done a summary of works dealing with predators feeding selectivity with respect to the use of stone moroco. By these works, the priority intake of stone maroco over other fish was confirmed. Its use was subsequently shown by information from fishing companies where it is actively used as food for predatory fish species
